Hola! you can call me Barbs. I'm proudly multicultural — born in Venezuela, Texas-raised — and I've been chasing the feeling of exploring somewhere new for as long as I can remember.

My very first family trip was to the beach. By the time I was old enough to dream about a career, I was telling everyone I wanted to be a flight attendant. Life took me on a bit of a deviation. I studied geology at the University of Texas at Austin, then went on to become a strategy consultant, where I learned the power of meticulous planning and the importance of strategy. 

Through it all, I was always traveling. I was the go-to for my family, friends, and even strangers. Then in September 2025, I was invited to be the travel advisor of a non-profit organization in Greece for a group of 14 people. That trip changed everything. I saw firsthand the impact a thoughtfully designed travel experience can have on people. I came home obsessed with finding that feeling again. I knew exactly what I was supposed to be doing. A few months later, I launched my travel agency.
